We completely, 100% stand behind our products. We are sure you will be very pleased with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will be more than happy to work with you to correct the problem. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply notify Krafty Kreations within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns must be sent back in the original packaging with delivery confirmation. A refund or exchange will be issued once we receive the item back. Any refunds given will be less any shipping charges & a 10% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. Sorry, but used, custom ordered and personalized products will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for orders that are cancelled before production and/or shipment.
Refunds will be given only if the following occur:
* Poor craftsmanship of your product that is by fault of ours.
* Product found to be defective in materials or construction.
We do realize each situation might be different. Please contact us and we will be glad to work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for normal wear and tear. Please see the care instructions link (these are also included with each order) to get the most life out of your KozyPal.
Gift recipients
If you received your KozyPal as a gift and are not happy with the fabric choice given to you, I will gladly make you another one of your choice.

* Please contact me and let me know which print you would rather have.
* Original KozyPal must be unused and in brand new condition.
* Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (to ship the cover back to me AND to have the new one shipped to you). Returns must be sent back in the original packaging and I suggest using delivery confirmation or signature required methods for your protection.
* Customer will receive an in-store credit once the original KozyPal has been returned (unused and undamaged). Then you can go through the online ordering process.
* Customer is responsible for any price differences in fabric choices or added options.
* Once the above steps have been taken, the new order will be put in line on our worklist. If customer wishes to have the order sooner than what is dated on the worklist, customer can pay the rush order fee to have the order expedited.

NO refunds or exhchanges will be granted if
you do not contact us before returning your order
