Q: Age limits
From what age can a KozyPal cart cover be used?
A:
4 mo till child is no longer able to comfortably ride in a shopping cart.
You can use your cart cover beginning around 4-6 months when baby has some stability in sitting on their own. In the case that baby has out grown his infant seat, but not quite a pro at sitting, you can still use your KozyPal with a couple of blankets rolled up and tucked around the baby or even lay them down sideways.
Some moms may think that once their baby is mobile, the cart cover is of no use anymore. I have to respectfully disagree. IMO, if a child is able to sit in the cart, the cover still should be used as a barrier between them and that nasty shopping cart.
Remember, not only is the KozyPal a comfortable,stylish ride, but most importantly, it protects your precious little one from all kinds of bacteria and viruses
The KozyPal can also be used well after the child has outgrown restaurant high chairs. It may also be used on any booster seat.
I`ve had one Mom tell me that in a desperate moment, she used her KozyPal in a grocery store bathroom when she didn`t have her changing pad on hand. She just laid the cover down in the pull down changing station. So, the list can on and on for uses.

How big are the leg holes?
A:
The leg holes are a square shaped 4x4. Encased with double wide matching bias tape for a clean, sharp, finished look.

I'm looking for a certain fabric by XX designer, but don't see it on your site. Can you find this print for me?
A:
I'll be more than happy to work with you to find the perfect fabric to custom make your KozyPal cart cover.
Please provide as much information about the fabric as possible to help aid my search:

Q: Custom orders
Do you accept custom orders using fabric I have?
A:
Yes. I will be more than happy to work with you to customize a unique KozyPal just for you.
If you have a special piece of fabric that you would like me to use to create your unique KozyPal cart cover, arrangements can be made.
A total of 3 yards of fabric is needed (1.5 yards for the front AND 1.5 yards for the back). At least 44-45 inches wide.
If you would like added options such as a pillow, diaper pocket, etc, please add an additional 1/2 a yard of fabric.
I will supply the rest of the materials needed to complete your cover (thread, bias tape, batting, elastic, etc.)

Q: Added options
I was wondering if your cart covers have any pockets on the sides for things like sippy cups/snack cups?
A:
Many available options can be added to any order:
*Sippy cup holders
*Leg flaps
*Pillow
*diaper pocket

The fabric I'm interested in, shows "SOLD", can I still order this print?
A:
In some cases, I may have more fabric on hand or can order more. Some fabrics may be discontinued. Just contact me and I'll be more than happy to check.
Q: Wide wholesale shopping carts
Does the KozyPal cart cover fit the Costo or Sam`s wide shopping carts?
A:
Yes it does. In fact, I use mine at Sam`s 2-3 times a month.
Q: Shipping overseas
Do you ship to Canada or other countries outside of the US?
A:
We will be happy to ship your order overseas via the US postal services - priority international. We have found the US mail to be the cheapest method for our overseas customers. The cost is approximately $15-$18 depending on final destination. Non-US customers are responsible for any and all tax/duty fees that your package may encounter.
